I don't know if this is a universal thing, but hankies, or handkerchiefs. What’s the point?
I don’t mean the silky numbers which add a nice finishing touch to a sartorial suit, I mean the cotton one that people blow their noses in and then wait for it. . .put back in their pockets.
What? Why? Noo! Do you need to save that bogie for later? It’s just not right, in days gone by perhaps but now we have tissues! Surely the hygienic thing to do is to blow ones nose in a tissue and then chuck it, not pocket it.
*Sigh*
I just don’t understand
On another note I will post more fashion goodness soon

Amy Winehouse + Fred Perry
I’m in two minds about this collaboration, I know most celeb + design house partnerships are a bit of a bore now, but this one looks like it would make a lot of sense, to the point where you wonder why it hasn’t happened sooner, Amy is always pictured in Fred Perry, no brainer, right?
Love her or hate her, you can't deny she has distinctive look. Hello that beehive?
I really do like the pieces pictured here, but Amy fans aren’t like Girls Aloud fans; excitable tweens that will go for anything Cheryl and co have stuck their names on fake eyelashes anyone?
I think her fans on the whole are older and less impressionable and don’t desire to emulate her style but just enjoy the music.
So I’m left questioning what the Fred Perry customer will make of this? Will they go for something influenced by her. . . I’m not really sure.

It's pretty easy
1. Buy a promotional flake bar. . . or multipack
2. Devour the gorgeous crumbly chocolate, but keep the wrapper
3. Register on the flake website
4. Enter the code found on the inside of your wrapper to see if you've won
The colours are pretty gorgeous and you can pick what you want.

Topshop Designers: Mary Katrantzou
Come fashion week time Topshop pull out all the stops, at the moment they have a range of printer dresses by designer Mary Katrantzou, the dresses are simple but stunning and i've fallen for the one on the right and the design. the positioning of the heart in relation to the female body is a clever celebration in my eyes. but of course sold out :(

Proenza Schouler - Fall 2010
Looking at a the round up of shows these two outfits from Proenza Schouler really grab my attention. I think Wednesday Adams at college be describes the look.
I'm a sucker for a skinny tie and love the hard edge added to a pretty simply dress, with the leather collar and mesh inlay shirt.
The stockings are the perfect flirty finish, though I would have been tempted to add some short leather gloves.

I need a hair cut
I have dead straight black hair,
no wave, no kinks or curls
I wish it had a a wave because it just looks flat and boring without mousse and a full blow dry.
I don't get it trimmed as often as I should, infact i was the last person so cut my hair
(two bunches and hacked off the ends)
so the ends are looking pretty naff
My hair at the moment
Hair i like
Help?

Paris
The weekend before last I was treated to a long weekend in Paris.
Thank you boyfriend.
Thank you boyfriend.
We did all the tourist attractions and for anyone going, I cannot recommend the Lourve enough, its amazing! It's open till 10.00pm on Friday nights so wasn't busy at all and under 25s get in free.
It did take me a while to work out how to get in, (head for the big glass pyramid in the center) as there wasn't much of a crowd to follow but it was amazing, with so much to see we managed to cram in two visits.
We also wandered round the boutique. . . Givenchy, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, you may of heard of them. . .
I got a few snaps of the display windows because they were just art forms in their own right.
Prada
I loved the unfinished hems and the sliced in half effect
Some of the snaps are a bit naff because of the reflection in the glass, sorry.
